Schererville's Park Foundation

The Schererville Parks Department is very excited to introduce the newly formed and incorporated Schererville Parks Foundation.  The Foundation’s goals are to help augment and promote the growth of the parks throughout Schererville with the acceptance of donations and property.  The Schererville Parks Foundation is a not for profit organization.  The 509(a)(3) classification affords the public and businesses an opportunity to make tax deductible donations to the Foundation.

Parks Dept. now accepting online registration

The Schererville Parks Department is proud to announce that we are now accepting online registration.  Registrants can go to www.activenwi.com and register for recreation programs.  The website will accept secure registrations with credit cards and e-check payments.  This is a cooperative venture with Highland Parks & Recreation, Merrillville Parks & Recreation and was created by Next Generation Solutions, Ltd.
