Event Description:

The Schererville Parks Department and the Town of Schererville are proud to present the 33rd Annual Celebrate Schererville Parade —a beloved community tradition filled with pride, patriotism, and summer celebration.
This year’s theme, “Liberty & Lights,” honors our community spirit and the brave men and women who serve our country.

We invite all businesses, schools, churches, organizations, and community groups to participate in this time-honored event! Entries will be judged on appearance, theme, showmanship, and originality, so bring your best ideas and help light up the streets of Schererville!

📍 Parade Step-Off Location: Hammond Baptist School
🕓 Line-up begins: 4:00 PM
🚦 Parade step-off: 5:00 PM
📍 Parade Route:
The parade will conclude at the intersection of Joliet Street and Austin Avenue, near Homan School.
