Street Department

The Town of Schererville Street Department maintains approximately 119.499 miles of roadway in Schererville (excluding state highways US 30 and US 41). Maintenance includes asphalt patching, crack sealing, street sweeping, and snow/ice removal.

The Street Department performs roadside mowing, branch and leaf pickup, curb/sidewalk repairs, and street light and street sign maintenance. The Street Department also maintains and cares for all Town municipal vehicles and equipment.
