NOTICE OF TRAIL DETOUR
Where: Pennsy Greenway Trail From 67th Ave. to Kennedy Ave.
When: Monday February 16, 2026 through Friday May 29, 2026
Purpose: Trail Construction and Road Construction
A portion of the Pennsy Greenway Trail will be temporarily detoured from 67th Ave to Kennedy Ave. starting Monday February 16, 2026 at 3:00PM. The detour is due to the construction of a new roadway section of Junction Ave. and a rerouted trail section.
A detour route has been set up for pedestrian users. A portion of the detour will be compacted aggregate. Please follow the “Share the road” signage as well as “sharrows”, which are marked in white paint, along 67th Ave. and Kennedy Ave.
All construction work is weather dependent.
