1. Youth Supervision Policy: For the safety and well-being of all attendees, individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the event. We encourage parents and guardians to actively supervise their children to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

2. Clear Bag Policy: Patrons are allowed to carry clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags. Small clutch purses are permitted. Bags/Objects allowed in to the Fest are at police discretion.

3. Prohibited Items:
- Masks: Masks covering the face (excluding those worn for medical reasons) are prohibited, as they may obstruct identification and cause security concerns.
- Large Backpacks: To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees, large backpacks or bags that are not clear are not allowed within the festival grounds. Attendees are encouraged to use smaller bags or containers for carrying personal belongings.

4. Safety and Security:
- Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, please follow instructions from festival staff and emergency personnel. Emergency exits and first aid stations are clearly marked throughout the festival grounds.
- Bag Checks: Security personnel reserve the right to conduct bag checks upon entry to the festival grounds. Please cooperate with all security procedures to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

• Mask and Bag Search Compliance: Attendees who refuse to comply with the prohibition on masks and bag searches may be subject to removal from the festival grounds and trespass for the duration of the event. This policy is enforced to ensure the safety and security of all attendees.

5. Alcohol Policy: The consumption of alcoholic beverages is restricted to designated areas within the festival grounds. All attendees must comply with local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and consumption of alcohol. No outside alcohol is permitted.

6. Smoking Policy: Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, is prohibited in certain areas of the festival grounds as designated by signage. Please be mindful of non-smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

7. Respectful Behavior:
- Harassment and Discrimination: Schererville Fest is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all attendees. Harassment or discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability, will not be tolerated.
- Noise Levels: Please be considerate of fellow attendees and nearby residents by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume, especially during late hours.

8. Environmental Responsibility:
- Waste Disposal: Help us keep Redar Park clean and beautiful by disposing of waste in designated bins.

9. Pets Policy: For the safety and comfort of all attendees, pets are not permitted within the festival grounds, with the exception of service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act(ADA).

10. Vendor Regulations: Vendors and exhibitors must adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines set forth by Schererville Fest organizers. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event premises.

11. Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to others may result in removal from the festival grounds at the discretion of festival staff.

12. Accessibility Accommodations: Schererville Fest is committed to providing accessibility accommodations for individuals with disabilities. Please contact festival organizers in advance to request accommodations or assistance as needed.

13. Lost and Found: Lost items may be turned in to the festival information booth. Attendees who have lost items should inquire at the information booth for assistance in reclaiming their belongings.

14. Photography and Media: By attending Schererville Fest, attendees consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. Please notify festival staff if you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.

15. Changes to Policies: Schererville Fest organizers reserve the right to modify or update these rules and policies as necessary to ensure the safety and success of the event. Attendees will be notified of any changes via official festival channels.
