The Town of Schererville is pleased to announce the opportunity to redevelop the approximately 1.03 acres site, 22 West Joliet Street, which is located west of the Schererville Town Hall, north of Joliet Street. Schererville is now accepting proposals to purchase and redevelop this land. The new development shall consist of a restaurant and other potential tenants. Future restaurants within the Downtown Riverfront District have access to exclusive liquor licensing opportunities.
Respondents wishing to submit a bid for the Request for Proposal (RFP) are encouraged to pick up a packet at the Schererville Town Hall Clerk-Treasurers Office (10 E. Joliet St.), Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. Sealed written offers must be received by November 3, 2025 at 9am local time. Offers will be opened and read aloud at that time.
