The Town of Schererville is pleased to announce the opportunity to redevelop the approximately 1.03 acres site, 22 West Joliet Street, which is located west of the Schererville Town Hall, north of Joliet Street. Schererville is now accepting proposals to purchase and redevelop this land.
Respondents wishing to submit a bid for the Request for Proposal (RFP) are encourage to pick up a packet at the Schererville Town Hall (10 E. Joliet St.), Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. A fee of $10 is required for each set of Redevelopment Proposal Documents. Sealed written offers will be received until April 11, 2025 at 9am local time. Offers will be opened and read aloud a that time.
