Registration Policies
- Proof of residency will be checked.
- Programs will not be held if registration is insufficient; a full refund will be given.
- Nonresidents may register for programs and trips at higher fee.
Refunds
NO REFUNDS will be given after the first program meeting. Programs will be canceled if the minimum class numbers are not met (Full refunds will be given). NO REFUNDS will be given for trips, unless a replacement is found on the waiting list. All refunds are processed with a signed claim. No cash refunds are permitted. If a participant pays with a credit card and needs to cancel their registration, they will NOT be refunded the service fee charge that is collected by activenwi.com.
